Celeste Woojoo Roh

My name is Celeste. I also go by Woojoo 우주 (pronounced ‘oojoo’). 

I am a freelance fashion editor, stylist, and [sometimes] on-shoot assistant. I’ve styled and planned creative for magazine editorials, developed creative briefs for large-scale fashion brands on promotional campaigns, and worked on a stylist team for various celebrities. My passion is uplifting marginalized voices and bringing light to international communities. 

As a writer, I’ve written legal briefs and political op-eds, as well as some fashion and culture news reviews. 

I’m fluent in English and Korean and graduated from Northeastern University as a Communications major (with minors in Law and Public Policy and Fashion Studies). While in university, I pursued my fashion and law studies abroad in Paris, London, and Berlin. 

I’m currently based in Brooklyn.
